Shipping
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Brisbane Queensland for all orders.
Yes we do.
In Australia free shipping for orders over $99. Under $99 standard post $11 and express post $16.50. International orders are charged the rate we are charged from DHL Express. We deliver duty paid and absorb the cost of duties. For UK orders, VAT is charged at checkout which is a legal requirement for all orders going to the UK. We absorb any import VAT additionally charged.
If sent wrong item they replace once returned in excellent condition. Email within 48 hours for return label.
Please contact Australia Post. If they declare the parcel is lost, please send us a copy of the email for replacement.
Email photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery and we will send you a replacement.
Orders have no cancellation no refund policy. No exchanges.
Exchanges are not possible under any circumstances.

When you place an order on our site you agree to our terms and conditions which includes a no cancellation, no refund policy.
Sometimes scans do not show for several days. It is best to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post directly as we can only access the same tracking information that is available to you.
We will only send a replacement order in Australia if it has been 10 business days with no scans.
If you're not at home, Australia Post will notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS. If your parcel has not been matched to your MyPost account, Australia Post will leave a card.

You cannot remove items from your order.
If you need to update your shipping address, you can do this either on the thank you page on our website or click view order in your order confirmation email within one hour of placing the order.
Alternatively, you can do this via the My Post portal with Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase has been made. This policy is due to the nature of our products, which include health products and complementary medicines.

Products
Our products are free from animal products, soy, dairy, egg, fish/shellfish, gluten, wheat, yeast, lactose, msg, nuts, oats and other grain derived ingredients, peanuts, sulphites, soy, sucralose, magnesium stearate and stearic acid.
Supplements in the range are ultra-low in excipients and are free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners, preservatives, yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy, titanium dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose and other pine-derived excipients and are non-GMO in a pullulan capsule.
It is recommended that you and your partner follow a preconception care plan for at least 3-4 months prior to conception.
We also recommend this formula if you are undergoing IVF or planning to undergo IVF, but have not yet received a positive pregnancy test.
Preconception Multi for Women and Preconception Multi for Men are ideal alongside Detox & Liver Support for both partners to prepare for a healthy pregnancy.
It is best to take this formula as soon as you find out you're pregnant and keep taking it until your morning sickness subsides (usually around week 14-16).
Most women will need a 2-month supply of Prenatal Trimester One with Ginger (2 packs of 60 capsules or one pack of 120s).
It is best to take one capsule twice daily - one with breakfast, one with lunch. This will help to reduce nausea throughout the day when taking Prenatal Trimester One with Ginger.
With the other formula's, splitting up the dose can enhance nutrient absorption.
Some people find that B vitamins can keep them awake at night. This is why we recommend taking your supplements with breakfast and lunch.
Vitamin K has very poor placental transfer which is why vitamin K is given to babies at birth.
Vitamin K1 (phytomenadione) promotes blood clotting which is not usually something we want to do during pregnancy. As long as a woman is eating plenty of green, leafy veggies she should meet her daily requirement of vitamin K1 (phytomenadione).
When vitamin K2 (menaquinone) is an ingredient in a calcium supplement then that would be fine to take during pregnancy. It is best to take calcium supplements at least 2 hours away iron and zinc supplements. These minerals antagonise calcium and may interfere with absorption.
The industry regulator requires all products containing vitamin A to have the following warnings on the label:
WARNING: If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - vitamin A can cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
NaturoBest likes to err on the side of caution so we have natural betacarotene instead as the patented Lyc-O-Beta which converts into vitamin A in the body as needed. Also, a warning like this is this is likely to deter pregnant women from taking the product. Vitamin A is easily obtained from the diet but if she is vegan she may need to take a vitamin A supplement and should seek advice from a health practitioner.
The main difference is in the levels of nutrients in the different formulations. This is because during the preconception period and the different trimesters of pregnancy, there are different nutrient requirements. We have formulated our supplements with this in mind.
For example, during the preconception period, it is ideal to try to boost iron stores. However, during the first trimester of pregnancy iron can aggravate morning sickness. For this reason, our preconception multivitamin includes iron and our Prenatal Trimester One does not. Our Prenatal Trimester One has specifically been formulated to reduce morning sickness. It includes 1300mg of ginger and 75mg of vitamin B6 which have been clinically shown to reduce the severity of nausea and vomiting in pregnancy.
We recommend taking our preconception vitamins prior to trying to conceive for at least 3-4 months, to support healthy conception and increase your chances of success. Once pregnant, we recommend moving to our Prenatal Trimester One and then Prenatal Trimester 2 & 3 once your morning sickness subsides.
Prenatal Trimester 2 & 3 provides even more of the key nutrients required in the last half of pregnancy and breastfeeding, including iodine, choline, zinc, vitamin D, and activated B vitamins. It also contains 24mg of bioavailable, well absorbed and well tolerated iron bisglycinate as Ferrochel®.
We're so sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we do have a no cancellation policy because the orders are fulfilled by the warehouse as soon as they receive them (it’s not our warehouse, it’s outsourced). You can take the trimester one formula as a preconception multi though in preparation for next time.

We do have two products that can be taken by children – our Calcium & Magnesium Plus K2 & D3 (especially recommended if they have a low/no dairy diet or have issues sleeping) and our Ultimate Vitamin C & Bioflavonoids which contains zinc, vitamin C, magnesium and bioflavonoids including quercetin – great for boosting immunity and for mild allergies.
Both of them have great compliance because they taste so good 😊
Our Prenatal Trimester One with Ginger was specifically formulated for the needs of the first trimester, it is a 2-in-1 prenatal and morning sickness relief formula.
If you are one of those lucky women who don't struggle with nausea or morning sickness, you can still take this formula :) ginger is fine to take even if you are not nauseous.
If you're not struggling with morning sickness or nausea, you could skip straight to our Prenatal Trimester 2 & 3 Plus Breastfeeding.

Our Lactation Support is a herbal formula to help support a healthy breastmilk supply and support mum's nervous system, so if you are struggling with supply or want to continue to maintain a healthy supply, you can take this alongside the tri23 :)

Our Birth Prep & Recovery is a herbal formula to help prepare your uterus for labour and birth and assist with post-birth recovery. We recommend taking this from week 32 of pregnancy to 6 weeks postpartum.

Our Prenatal Trimester One with Ginger is a 2-in-1 prenatal formula that is specific to the first trimester, because it is a prenatal as well as a morning sickness relief formula :) this formula is tailored to trimester 1 as it is iron-free (iron can aggravate morning sickness), it has less choline, as high doses of choline can also aggravate morning sickness and it contains vitamin B6 and ginger at clinically trialled levels to help relieve morning sickness. All of this alongside all the prenatal vitamins and minerals needed :)
Our Prenatal Trimester 2 & 3 Plus Breastfeeding is a step up from this formula, it contains higher amounts of nutrients to help you meet the increased nutrient demands of your second and third trimesters and breastfeeding. It also contains iron and 400mg of choline in a daily dose, which is important for baby's brain and central nervous system function.
You can take the trimester 2 & 3 in your first trimester, just be aware it may aggravate morning sickness and nausea, if this is the case then I recommend switching back to the Prenatal Trimester One with Ginger.

Our Calcium & Magnesium Plus K2 & D3 can also be combined with our herbal range.
This was normal with our previous multivitamin formulations that contained MCT oil. We have now removed MCT oil as an excipient and our formulas should not discolour as long as you store them in the fridge as per the instructions on the label.
Storing them in the fridge protects them from humidity which is important for formulations that contain choline, a hygroscopic ingredient.
